Elizabeth R. Wellborn, PA focuses on the representation of mortgage lenders, servicers and private investors since its inception. In order to better serve our clients, our firm has a separate Litigation department to handle the complex litigation that our clients are facing every day. Our attorneys have experience in representing the mortgage servicing community in a wide variety of litigation involving property, mortgage issues, title insurance claims, defense of contested foreclosures, quiet title actions and defense of claims brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending Act, Homeownership Equity Protection Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.

Recognizing the importance of meeting time lines in the mortgage industry, we have developed customized software to generate foreclosure documents, track the progress of cases, produce status reports and chronologies. We utilize a variety of default servicing software including LPS, Vendorscape, LenStar and Real Trans along with many other business partner default ser¬vicing systems. We maintain ongoing, formal computer training for all staff members.
